This notice explains how Ripewell handles contact messages, browser data and technical request information.

What we collect

We collect the information you enter in the contact form and technical information needed to host and protect the website. Your email address lets us reply; your name is optional. Your message gives us the context to answer your inquiry. Please do not include sensitive information.

What we do not collect

This site has no accounts, checkout, mailing-list signup or advertising analytics. We do not collect payment-card information, account passwords or delivery details. Contact messages do not enroll you in marketing.

Why we use it

We use your contact details and message to answer your inquiry, and technical request information to keep the site working and secure.

Email we send you

We reply to messages you send us. The contact form is not a marketing subscription. You can ask us to stop the conversation by replying or emailing hello@ripewellfoods.com.

Browser data and website protection

Form entries remain in page memory and are not saved in browser storage. Failed or uncertain submissions remain available when you close and reopen the form, until you reload the page. Unsubmitted entries clear on close; accepted submissions clear the fields.

The optional brand-review page saves review selections locally in your browser. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Cloudflare processes technical request information to host and protect the website. When you open an enabled contact form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and challenge information to prevent abuse. Our rate limiter uses a keyed, hourly-changing representation of your IP address rather than storing the raw address in the application.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare checks submissions for abuse and processes messages for email delivery. Our mailbox provider processes and stores received messages so our team can reply. This website adds no contact-message database and does not log message bodies or personal contact details.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as the conversation needs them. Cloudflare may retain message previews for approximately seven days. Received messages remain with our mailbox provider for the conversation and any necessary recordkeeping.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your contact information by emailing hello@ripewellfoods.com. We will respond and explain any information we need to retain.

Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice as the site changes. The date above identifies the current version.
